1. Horizontal injection molding machine

2. Vertical rotary injection molding machine
Its advantage is that the locking device and the central axis of the injection device form a line and are perpendicular to the road surface. It has the advantages of small footprint, convenient disassembly and assembly of the mold shell, easy installation of embedded parts, balanced melting of material in the silo, easy completion of automation technology, and automated production line management methods for multiple machines. The disadvantage is that pop-up products are not easy to automatically drop and often require manual or other methods to remove, making it difficult to complete fully intelligent operation methods and injection of large and medium-sized products; The entire machine is tall, and it is very troublesome to feed and repair.
3. Angle molding machine
Its injection direction and mold interface are on the same surface, making it particularly suitable for flat products with no gate marks allowed in the machining center. It occupies a smaller area than a horizontal injection molding machine, and the embedded parts placed in the mold are not easy to tilt and fall off. This type of injection molding machine is suitable for all sizes. The disadvantage is that after the product is ejected from the mold, it cannot fall by gravity and needs to be manually removed, which hinders fully automatic operation.
