The core components of the AUSLUBE lubrication pump adopt the complex processing technology of automotive parts. Compared with traditional plunger lubrication pumps, its structure is further optimized and material selection is further upgraded. This makes our product more durable, while the full metallic design and precise and complex assembly of fully mechanical components make it a classic.
The AUSLUBE lubrication pump mainly uses oil filled oil tanks, with three specifications: 700ML, 400ML, and filled. The oil package adopts vacuum canning technology to remove impurities and air, ensuring smooth pipelines. Use lubricating grease with a viscosity range of 000-2 and a pressure range of 10-25MPA (i.e. 100-250 kilograms). Due to the fully mechanical construction of the AUSLUBE lubrication pump, even if there is blockage during use, it can continue to be used after cleaning.
AUSLUBE grease uses high-quality polyurea based grease and composite lithium based grease. Its excellent high load capacity, wear resistance, and good fluidity ensure the normal operation of various important parts of the equipment.
